This recent work focuses on my love of Maine landscapes and places as well as more figure work. It is all a process and the style is fairly loose and impressionistic. I am working from life whenever possible and I enjoy the energy it imparts to the work. I feel this is a transition that is taking me closer to the place I want to be - an ever elusive quiet place of consistency, control, and beauty.
